Started small – now well established!

as immobilien ag has been a successful real estate service provider since 1999 and is now one of the leading providers in the Bern-Murten region with around 50 employees. The sole proprietorship was converted into a public limited company in October 2010. 

With this step, we wanted to distribute responsibility evenly across different shoulders, better meet market needs and align the company for the future. Professional service and competent advice are top priorities at as immobilien ag. Comprehensive real estate services should not only be offered in accordance with economic guidelines; as immobilien ag also wants to fulfil its social and societal responsibilities. In this context, clear rules on representation are also important.

The management of the public limited company includes Andreas Schlecht, company director, real estate trustee, Peter Mäder, head of sales, authorised signatory, Daniela Niedermann, head of management, real estate manager with federal certificate, authorised signatory, and Reto Wyss, head of finance, real estate manager with federal certificate.
